Summary:PURPOSE:To decrease the burden of a microprocessor in a data processor, by discriminating priority between a plurality of input terminal devices with different output buffer size, and the conversion of data size in the hardware mode. CONSTITUTION:A data buffer 4 from which data are transferred from a plurality of input terminal devices 1a-1c with different buffer size for data output via a data bus 2, and a buffer size matching means 6 which matches the buffer size of the data buffer 4 with that of output buffers 7a-7c in the input devices 1a-1c selected with a priority discrimination circuit 5, are provided. The data in the data buffer 4 are transferred to a data processor 8 in matching with the buffer size of an input buffer 9 in a data processor 8.
