Summary:PURPOSE:To suppress the drift of the time up to the output of warning to the minimum, and the to make the circuit constitution relatively simple, by comparing a detected signal and a reference value signal for every cycle of the AC detected signal. CONSTITUTION:The detected signal E from the electromagnetic flowmeter is amplified by an amplifier 4 and inputted into an integrating circuit 5. The integrating circuit 5 integrates the amplified signal ei in synchronization with a flow rate component signal esig, thereby removing a 90 deg. noise component. The integrated output signal eo is inputted in a comparator 16. The comparator 16 compares the integrated output signal eo and the reference value signal es. In response to the output signal ed from the comparator 16, a flip flop 17 generates an output, operates a relay driver circuit 19, and operates a warning circuit connected to a terminal 23.
