Summary:PURPOSE:The titled composition useful as a part for cars, etc., especially having improved low-temperature impact resistance, and moldability, obtained by blending a polyamide with an ethylenic ionomer resin and an ethylenic copolymer elastomer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 50-95pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. total amount of a polyamide (especially nylon 6, etc.) is blended in molten state with (B) 1-45pts.wt. ethylenic ionomer resin consisting of an ethylene unit (90-98wt%), an unsaturated carboxylate unit, an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit, and a unit of a metal salt of unsaturated carboxylic acid (especially Na salt, etc.) and (C) 0.5- 40pts.wt. ethylenic copolymer elastomer (especially ethylene.propylene copolymer, etc.). A weight ratio of the component B to component C is preferably (9:1)- (1:4). The melt indexes Fb and Fc of the components B and C (g/10min) are in a relation wherein Fb is 0.1-5 and Fc is 1-10 respectively and a ratio of Fc/Fb is 1-50.
