Summary:PURPOSE:To effectively cut off forward and backward oscillation of tires, by providing symmetrically at right and left position of a body each of two oil chambers capable of varying their volume by deformation of rubber bushings which mount a rear suspension thereon, and communicating the right oil chamber with the left one located at an unsymmetrical position to the right one. CONSTITUTION:A suspension member 6 is mounted through rubber bushings 5 and 5' to an automotive body 1 at right and left sides of the body. Outer cylinders 10 and 10' of the rubber bushings 5 and 5' are linked through hydraulic cylinders 11 and 11' to the body 1. An oil chamber A in the hydraulic cylinder 11 is communicated through a hydraulic pipe 12 to an oil chamber D in the hydraulic cylinder 11', and similarly an oil chamber B in the hydraulic cylinder 11 is communicated through a hydraulic pipe 12' to an oil chamber C in the hydraulic cylinder 11', wherein the oil chambers A and D are in a position unsymmetrical to the oil chambers B and C, respectively. With this arrangement, even when the right and left tires run on small projections on a road surface and are displaced backward simultaneously, oil in the oil chamber D flows into the oil chamber A, and oil in the oil chamber B flows into the oil chamber C, thus eliminating creation of a resistive force due to the oil. Accordingly, forwad and backward oscillation of the tires may be cut off by setting the rigidity of the rubber bushings 5 and 5' to a small level.
