Summary:PURPOSE:To stabilize the traveling of a tape, by locking a tape loading member which forms a prescribed tape path within an adaptor to the loading end position. CONSTITUTION:An L-shaped lever 33 turns clockwise with a latter-half turn of a cam 32 unified with an operation knob 10, and a lock lever 20 is pulled by a coupling lever 34 to be turned clockwise. The lever 20 interlocks the upper part of a pole 3 which is at its final position. In this case, the lever 33 is turned continuously until a pulling coil spring 37 which is stretched between a pin 35 of the lever 33 and a pin 36 on a lever 20 and has a large spring constant is expanded. Then the lever 20 is energized to turn clockwise by the spring 37. As a result, the vertical degree is compensated for the pole 3 of a loading arm 5 of an adaptor 1, and at the same time the pole 3 is locked at its loading end position to be held firmly.
