Summary:PURPOSE:To improve capacity of raising grain by notching a casing with three faces fronting a bucket so that grain can be supplied from a bucket in three directions. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 6 is adapted to supply grain to a bucket 2 mounted on a belt 1 moving in a grain raising cylinder 3, the lower hole of the hopper 6 corresponding to an opening portion 5 of the grain raising cylinder, which is formed by notches provided on a front wall 3a and right and left side walls 3b in three directions. The grain supplied from the hopper 6 is fed into the bucket in three directions, which can reduce the time for filling the bucket with grain, and enables the hopper to fill the bucket with grain evenly. Therefore, the capacity of the grain raising machine can be improved.
