PURPOSE:To make automatic assembling easy, by piercing airtightly a lead member in which the end of a bending part is the same height as its surrounding wall through the surrounding wall of a dish-shaped base having a dent being thickness equivalent to an substance to be stored, bringing elastically a substrate ridge of the substance into contact with the bending part and sealing with a cover. CONSTITUTION:Lead members 2, 3, 4 pierciing airtightly through the wall are provided, to one side of the surrounding wall of a dish-shaped glass base 1 having a shallow dent, and are formed into channel-shaped bending parts 5, 6, 7 on the inner wall surface respectively so as to provide sufficient elasticity. On the other hand, the substrate size of a surface acoustic wave resonator 8 to be stored is set almost equal to that of the dent of the base 1, and three bus bar electrodes 9, 10, 11 provided on the substrate are prolonged to the substrate ridge so as to be faced to the bending parts 5, 6, 7 of the lead members 2, 3, 4, respectively. The bending prts 2, 3, 4 and the prolonged ends are connected electrically by means of a conductive adhesives 12, respectively and sealed closely with a glass-made sealing cover 13.
