Summary: | PURPOSE:To avoid a change due to temperatures for the state of coupling between a rotary shaft and a rotary head cylinder, by coupling the rotary shaft with a disk for attachment of the rotary head cylinder by means of an alloy which is easily melted. CONSTITUTION:A head 22 of a magnetic head drum device is rotated in a body with a rotary shaft 1 along with a disk 13, an upper cylinder 17 and a head base 21. In this case, a hole having a larger diameter than that of the shaft 1 is drilled at the center side of the disk 13, and an alloy 14 which is easily melted is filled into the hole to couple the shaft 1 with the disk 13. Thus a change of the rotary locus is prevented for the head 22, and a local or excessive force is never caused in the shaft 1 when the shaft 1 is coupled with the disk 13. Furthermore high stability is secured even to the temperature change owing to a completely symmetrical structure of shaft. Thus no change is caused in the state of coupling between the shaft 1 and a rotary head cylinder. |
