Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for measurement significantly eliminating pretreatment by enabling a trace estimation of DHET or the like employing an ergot alkaloids-protein bond prepared and a radioactive immunological measurement using an antibody thereof and a radioactive label DHET. CONSTITUTION:An ergot alkaloids-protein bond as given by the formula I and an antibody thereof are prepared. This is combined with the following processes of: mixing a fixed amount of a radioactive label compound such as dihydroergocristine and dihydroergocornine with a fixed amount of the antibody, measuring radioactivity of the radioactive label compound isolated or bonded to the antibody, and estimating the compounds such as dihydroergocristine and dihydroergocornine in a sample by comparing the measured value thus obtained to a standard curve previously prepared.
