PURPOSE:To stabilize the volume and quality of the sewage in a regulating reservoir for land-fill sewage and to attain miniaturization treatment faciliates by delineating a land-fill disposal plant into land-fill blocks exclusively for solid and inorg. waste and for solid waste, and forming the regulating reservoir adjacently to the latter. CONSTITUTION:The water leaching out from inorg. and general blocks 6a, 6b in a land-fill disposal plant 2 produces a large amt. of land-fill sewage in about 2 days in rainy seasons to begin to flow through a water collecting pipe 8 into a regulating reservoir 3. Part of the inflow sewage A in this stage is returned into the block 6a by a circulation pump 9, and the sewage A is held in the plant 2. The sewage A in the reservoir 3 can thus be maintained stably without increasing the volume thereof quickly even in the rainy seasons, whereby the load on treatment facilities 4 for land-fill sewage can be reduced and maintained constant. Since biological reaction is progressed thoroughly by the uniform spraying of the sewage A in the block 6a, the quality of the sewage A in the reservoir 3 in the initial period of land filling is improve and is maintained stably, to reduce the load on the facilities 4 and to keep it constant.
