Summary:PURPOSE:To make the scan-in/out to an RAM possible, by executing a program for scan-in or scan-out in a microprocessor after scanning in scan-out address information. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 1 has a data line 15, an address line 17, an address strobe line 16, a control line 18, an interruption line 12, a stop line 13, and a bus disconnecting line 14. The data line 15 is used for outputting lower bits of address information, and contents of the data line 15 are set to lower bits of an address bus 10 through an address latch (A) 5 at the timing of a strobe signal outputted to the address strobe line 16.
