Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the durability considerably, by providing the first end part seal in a position lower than the upper face of a cleaning blade in the end part of the cleaning blade and providing the second end part seal in a position higher than the upper face of the cleanding blade on the first end part seal. CONSTITUTION:The first end part seal 7 is attached to a position lower than the surface of a cleaning blade 1 in the end part of the blade 1, and the second end part seal 3 is provided up to a position higher than the surface of the blade on the first end part seal 7. Then, the seal 7 does not generate a component force which generates a gap between the seal and the blade. Therefore, the blade end part is closed completely by the seal 7. When the seal 3 is attached to the seal 7, a component force 11 acting upon the seal 3 is transmitted to the seal 7 through a contacting layer between seals 3 and 7, and the seal 7 transmits this force to the seal 3 as a relaxation force (restoring force 14) to relax the component force 11. The elastic value of the seal 7 is made smaller than that of the seal 3 to absorb a reaction 15 due to a component force 12, and thus, peeling of seals due to long-time use is prevented to improve the durability considerably.
