Summary: | PURPOSE:To give the simulated evaluation to an effect given to the edge noise due to a track shift and the irregular H alignment, by obtaining a crosstalk carrier signal from the attenuation of the carrier signal of a recording track, obtaining the difference of phase between a synchronizing signal and its adjacent track and the irregular H alignment by delaying the carrier signal by a corresponding time and monitoring the added signal of both carrier signals. CONSTITUTION:The phase is delayed for a prescribed time for a video signal by a fixed delaying device 10, and this delayed signal is equivalent to a reproduced signal of a recording track. The amount of attenuation due to variable attenuators 3 and 5 of the output signal of an FM modulator 2 is set at a level equal to the amplitude of an optional crosstalk carrier signal by an attenuation amount controller 6. This output signal is equivalent to the crosstalk carrier signal. A delay amount controller 9 sets the delay times of variable delaying devices 7 and 8 so that the relation of phase between the output signals of the devices 7 and 8 and the delaying signal of the device 10 is set equal to a shift of the H alignment. In such a way, the shift of the H alignment is obtained electrically. Therefore the simulation is possible with the output of an adder 11. |
