PURPOSE:To arrange mechanism elements in limited space by providing a metallic aluminum base at the center part of a molded chassis made of plastics, and arranging mechanism elements which do not require size precision relatively on the molded chassis and mechanism elements which require extremely high size precision on the aluminum base. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum base body 71 extends nearly in a front and rear direction while having a left and a right gap in the internal centers of the molded chassis body 1. The front part of the aluminum base 71 is fitted to the rib 1e of the molded chassis body 1, and the rear part is fitted to a pin implanted in the rear part of the molded chassis body 1 by a screw. At the rear part of the aluminum base body 71, a head mechanism part, step motor, etc., are fitted. At the left front part of the aluminum base body 71, a lower index 75 is arranged and a phototransistor sensor 75a is held by a sensor holder 76. At the left rear part of the aluminum base body 71, a sensor (LED) 77 and a phototransistor sensor 78 are held in one body by a sensor holder 79.
