Summary:PURPOSE:To greatly raise the bearing force of a hollow concrete pile after being constructed with the consumption of lesser amounts of construction materials by settling medium and small diametered hollow concrete piles while turn- ing. CONSTITUTION:In the first process, a hollow rod 20 is inserted into a hollow concrete pile 10, the small diameter portion 23 of the lower end of the hollow rod 20 is pierced into a through hole 13, and its noncircular shaft portion 28 is fitted into the connecting hole 14 of an end board 11. In the second process, water si supplied through a pathway 21 and injected sideways through a nozzle 24, and the hollow rod 20 and the pile 10 are turned and lowered into a hole drilled underground by an excavating blade 27. In the third process, when the lower end of the pile 10 reaches a support layer, the supply of water is stopped, a footing liquid is sent through a pathway 22 and injected under high pressures from nozzles 25 and 26, and the hollow rod is pulled up. In the fourth process, when the nozzle 25 is pulled up to the position of the end board 11, the supply of the footing liquid is stopped. In the fifth process, the hollow rod 20 is drawn out of the pile 10.
