Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device which is provided with a good transmission efficiency and capable of conducting well-balanced processing by equalizing heat loss of top and bottom annular bodies, by employing, as a driving device, a screw-rotating body by a screw nut and a step capable of converting the rotating body motion into symmetrical up-and-down linear motion. CONSTITUTION:Motive force of a motor 30 is transmitted to a screw shaft 35 through a transmitting body 32, and a rotary moving body consisting of a ball 36, a nut cylindrical body 37 and a bush 38 is turned by being screwed. A supply pipe 40 and a discharging pipe 41 are made to pass through a notched section 38A of the bush 38, and they are engaged with respect to the rotating direction, and therefore, the rotary motion is converted to a linear motion, and a top annular body 18 is lowered. A pressing medium is supplied from the supply pipe 40 into an elastic forming body 11, and shaping is conducted. After a mold is tightened by a top mold element 6, the thermal pressing medium is supplied from the supply pipe 40 into the elastic forming body 11 while increasing pressure of the pressing medium, and vulcanizing formation is conducted while being heated by top and bottom elements 2 and 6.
