Summary:PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct current and phase detecting operation with high accuracy and efficiency, by uniting a current-detecting mechanism and a phase-detecting mechanism into a combined system. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a switch 2 is turned on, detecting terminals 13 and 13' of current-detecting mechanisms 12 and 12' are connected to current-detecting terminals 5a and 5b, respectively. And, at the time when current is detected, if terminals 4a and 4b of the switch 2 are both in charging operation, signals of respective power source frequencies are detected by the detecting terminals 13 and 13'. By doing so, indicators 20 and 20' are turned on indicating that they are in charging operation. And, at the time when phase is detected, outputs of wave-form shaping circuits 17 and 17' are put into a phase-detecting mechanism 24 through shock-absorbing circuits 21 and 21', and discrimination between the same phase and different phase is conducted.
