Summary:PURPOSE:To shorten charging control time through largely decreasing charging control while communication, by executing the charging control before starting the communication and by performing the charging control while communicating only when communicating time is prolonged. CONSTITUTION:Key discrimination signal and confirm signal CL3 are transmitted from the movable communication switch-board MTC to the movable public telephone PSTEL, and when the signals are received, information PB of number of sheets of charging is transmitted to the switchboard MTC from the telephone PSTEL, and information PB for reconfirmation is returned to the telephone PSTEL from the switchboard MT. Confirmation signal CL1 sent from the telephone PSTEL is sent to the switchboard MTC. Then, the charging is completed. In case when charging and communication are started and communication time is prolonged, forecast sound is transmitted from the switchboard MTC to the telephone PSTEL and if coin is inserted into the telephone PSTEL side, charging control, same as when communication is started, is performed.
