PURPOSE:To automatically grasp the state of metal of a system and to automatically control the system, by arranging information from a pH meter, an oxidation-reduction electrometer and a thermometer into one screen. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a thermometer passes through an input terminal 16 and is given to a computer 21. The computer 21 reads out a potential-pH diagram of a corrosion resistance system from a memory 22 and displays a standard potential-pH diagram 31 on a cathode ray tube 26. Further, the present state can be grasped with a scanner 27 which checks in which state a display point 28 determined with a signal from a pH meter and a signal from an oxidation-reduction detector resides, by scanning the tube 26. On the other hand, the position is given to an output converter 29 as a signal and converted into a signal giving an instruction to a corrosion resistance controller and outputted from an output terminal 30.
