Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce driving power by reducing the weight of the movable part of a device. CONSTITUTION:A heavy heat collecting part 2 is supported on the ground by a prop 5, and provided with an external flame 6 and an internal frame 7; the external frame 6 and internal frame 7 are fitted to the prop 5 and the external frame 6 rotatably by point-contact type bearings 11 through an external frame supporting rod 8 and an internal frame supporting rod 9. A weight 4 is fitted to one internal frame 7 by a weight supporting rod 10, and a concave mirror 1 is fitted similarly to the other by a supporting rod. The internal frame 7 rotates around the internal supporting rod 9, and the external frame 7 rotates around the external frame supporting rod 8 independently; and the concave mirror 1 fitted to the internal frame 7 rotates in the same direction with the internal frame 7.
