Summary:PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by reacting a reaction product between an aminosilane and an epoxysilane with a polydiorganosiloxane, and emulsion polymerizing the resultant product with a cyclic organosiloxane, and having improved film-forming property, adhesivity and stability. CONSTITUTION:A silicone emulsion composition prepared emulsion polymerizing (A) 0.1-60wt% reaction product obtained by reacting (i) 50-99.9wt% polydiorganosiloxane having silanol groups and a viscosity of 5-10,000cSt at 25 deg.C with (ii) 0.1-50wt% reaction product obtained by reacting one mole compound of formulaI(Q is H, CH3, etc.; R is 1-4C hydrocarbon; R and R are 1-4C hydrocarbon; a is 0 or 1) with 0.5-3.0mol compound of formula II (Q is glycidoxy, etc.; R is 2-4C hydrocarbon; R and R are 1-4C hydrocarbon; b is 0 or 1) with (B) 1-50wt% compound of formula III (R and R are 1-50C hydrocarbon; n>=3) in the presence of (C) 0.1-20wt% quaternary ammonium salt type surfactant and (D) 20-90wt% water.
