Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain sintered ore with superior productivity by supplying a material and hot water held above prescribed temperature into a mixer for granulation, and then supplying the obtained mixed material onto a pallet, and raising material temperature during mixing granulation. CONSTITUTION:Industrial water held at prescribed temperature by passing through a heat exchanger 3 and normal-temperature industrial water whose flow rate is regulated to obtain the desired temperature in a tank 2 are supplied to and mixed together by an ejector 4. Then, this mixed water is supplied to a tank 2, and >=50 deg.C hot water in the tank 2 is sprinkled into mixer 1 through a pump 11. In the mixer 1, a raw material and the hot water supplied from the tank 2 are mixed and granulated to obtain a blended material, which is supplied onto a pallet for sintering. Thus, sintered ore is obtained with improved producibility.
