Summary:PURPOSE:To detect abnormal temperature outside a closed apparatus by providing a device adapted to be oscillated at a fixed temperature with a bimetal element positioned in a high voltage conductor and a vibration detector for sensing vibration outside the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of a high voltage conductor 2 rises abnormaly due to trouble in an equipment or outside it, a bimetal element 10 deforms and get into contact with a contact 11 to close an electronic circuit. An oscillator 14 generates a vibration, which is propagated to a vibration detector 15 through an insulative spacer 3 as shown by the arrow 20. For example, a vibration such as sound wave is provided to an indicator 16 as an electronical signal thereby displaying the abnormal temperature. This enables the detection of abnormal temperature outside the closed apparatus.
