Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a solubilization hardening type heat resistant Ni alloy with superior cold workability, high tensile strength at high timp., high fatigue strength and superior oxidation resistance by specifying the percentages of C, Ca, Cr, Co, Mo and W in Ni. CONSTITUTION:This alloy consists of, by weight, 0.001-0.15% C, 0.0005-0.05% Ca, 20.0-26.0% Cr, 4.7-9.4% Co, 5.0-16.0% Mo, 0.5-4.0% W (Mo+W=9.0- 16.5%) and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities or further contains 0.001- 0.15% each of Y and/or a rare earth element, and/or 0.01-1.0% one or more among Nb, V and Ta. By combinedly adding Mo and W to Ni-Cr with superior oxidation resistance and workability, the strength at high temp. is enhanced, and the total amount of Mo and W is regulated not to deteriorate the cold workability. Ca improves the characteristics at high temp. and extends the upper limit of the Mo and W content. Co can increase the strength at high temp. without deteriorating the cold workability.
