Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive captioned device by selecting the shape of a cover member properly and turning it by its own weight for closing the opening of a pit. CONSTITUTION:At a position where there is no bogie, a member 5 is turned inside by its own weight, and its foot pieces 5a and 5a close the opening of a pit 1 as making their tops meet each other. When the bogie 2 is moved, the bogie 2 opens the met end of foot pieces 5a of the member 5 by projected shapes of its front and rear ends 2a, and proceeds. When the bogie 2 passes through, the member 5 is turned inside by its own weight, and closes the opening of the pit again.
