Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a molding excellent in surface and flow properties and easily releasable from the mold within a short time, by collision-mixing fluid A containing a first polyol having a specified group and a salt of a heterocyclic ring-containing tert. amine with fluid B containing a polyisocyanate, injecting the mixture into a mold and expansion-curing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A hard-skinned polyurethane foam excellent in surface and flow properties and easily releasable from a mold within a short time is prepared by collision-mixing fluid A consisting essentially of a polyol mixture containing at least 5wt%, based on total polyols, first polyol having a group of formulaI, wherein R is H or an alkyl and n is a natural number, obtained by adding an alkylene oxide to an aliphatic amine, a blowing agent and a catalyst part or all of which is a salt of a tert. amine having a heterocyclic ring in the molecule, with fluid B consisting essentially of a polyisocyanate of formula II, wherein l is 0.3-0.8, injecting the combined fluid into a closed mold and expansion-curing the fluid in the mold. |
