Summary:PURPOSE:To achieve good printing quality by exchanging the pressing force of the stopping member for the first and second paper feed mechanism alternatively thereby eliminating the loosening of the paper. CONSTITUTION:A paper 3 is inserted from above where the contact between the rollers 4, 4' are released. When the paper 3 reaches to a roller 9, the roller 4' is rotated in the opposite direction thus to contact between the rollers 4, 4'. Here the contact pressure P1 between the rollers 4, 4' is lower than the contact pressure P2 between the rollers 9, 9' thereby the paper 3 is fed below. When exhausting the paper 3, the roller is rotated reversely while the contact pressure P1 between the first and second feed rollers is made higher than P2 to exhaust the paper 32 above thus to feed the paper 3 while stretching continuously.
