Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the arrangements of yarn-guiding tubes, to increase the strength of a composite material by making it possible to orient yarns in the multiple directions and also to uniformalize a distribution in an arranging interval and a density of yarns in the rounding part. SOLUTION: This structural body includes (A) yarns in the XY directions, oriented in the main working surface of tensile stress on the objective component at an almost uniform interval, (B) yarns traversing the yarns A, oriented in the plane parallel to the working surface at an almost uniform interval, and (C) yarns 1 in the rounding direction, oriented at an almost uniform interval from the center of curvature of a rounding part 8 in the diametral direction, drawing in the plane parallel to the working surface a curve approximate to the curvature of the part 8 of the objective component. The yarns in the XY directions are properly stacked in the Z direction in the structural body, and yarns in the Z direction, oriented in a penetrated state in the Z direction in order to bundle the stack, are so placed that the arranging interval and the density may almost be uniformed except the rounding part 8 of the objective component and yarns in the Z direction may be thinned out in the part interfering with yarns 1 in the rounding direction in the rounding part 8. |
