Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the formability, shape freezability and secondary working embrittlement resistance of a steel sheet by allowing it to have a specified compsn. contg. C, Si, Mn, S, Cr, Ti, Al, N, one or more kinds of V and Zr, P and B, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a compsn. contg., by weight, <=0.010% C, <=0.5% Si <=1.0% Mn, <=0.01% S, 9 to 25% Cr, 7(C+N) to 0.5% Ti, 0.002 to 0.05% Al, <=0.01% N, one or two kinds of 0.1 to 0.5% V and 0.1 to 0.5% Zr, <=0.15% P, 0.0005 to 0.0050% B, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Among the above componental elements, V, Zr and P are important elements for simultaneously satisfying its shape freezability and formability. Moreover, for improving its secondary working embrittlement resistance, B is added thereto.
