SOLUTION: This device comprises a pair of rail receiving parts 3a, 3b each provided with first support parts 8a, 8b to be fixed to the lower end parts of guide rails 7a, 7b, and second support parts 9a, 9b provided above the first support parts 8a, 8b to be fixed in such a way that fixture positions to the guide rails 7a, 7b can be displaced perpendicularly to a vertical direction, and a base 2 to connect the rail receiving parts 3a, 3b to each other through a relative distance specified as a guide rail interval.
