Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a file bag in a form being flat in its entirely, and having high brightness in metallic luminous patterns with no distortion through deformation, and also no deep recesses in such a degree that depth can be recognized visually and sensitively in the metallic luminous patterns. SOLUTION: The plastic file bag is formed so as to have at least an opening at one side and metallic luminous patterns on its surface. In this case, the metallic luminous patterns are high bright metallic luminous patters, and metallic luminous pattern parts formed flat on plastics have no recesses, and also no distortion through deformation on the entirety of the file bag.
