Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a system possible to perform stable operation even in the case of source voltage variation, battery replacement, etc., by holding a voltage and outputting an ending process start signal for a time needed for a ending process. SOLUTION: When the output voltage of a power source part 2 drops to a specified voltage, the output voltage of the power source part 2 becomes lower than the voltage charged in a capacitor 12, so a diode 9 enters a reverse bias state and the power source part 2 is disconnected and separated from a target system 1, so that the electric power is supplied by electric charges accumulated in the capacitor 12 for a time longer than a specified time. Here, the oscillation frequency of a voltage-controlled oscillator 11 is so set that the voltage after being smoothed by the capacitor 13 is sufficient for the operation of an electronic information processor main body 1. A voltage drop detecting means 4 detects the power source part 2 being separated owing to the drop of the output voltage of the power source part 2, and generates and supplies an ending processing start signal for making the main body 1 performs the ending process, etc., to the interruption port of the main body 1.
