Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size, lower the price and make accurate an X-ray optical apparatus by layering light element layer fraren and heavy element layers by turns to be polymerization fullerene. SOLUTION: By irradiating fullerene layer Fn with Ar laser, the fraren molecules in the fullerene layer mutually combine to be complex fraren. By this, reflection factor effectively increases. By repeating formation of heavy element layer Hn, formation and combination of fraren layer Fn, a multiple layer film reflection mirror making the layer Fn to be complex fraren is formed. When fraren is overlapped, spherical structure of the fullerene is destroyed and mutually combined and so the surface becomes smoother than in the case fullerene monomer is simply layered. By using complex fraren in this manner, larger reflectivity can be obtained. Furthermore by using polymerization fullerene it can be made more resistive and superior in photo-resistivity and thermal resistivity.
