Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument wherein the life of a signal processing part is extended while damage to that part is prevented with sure. SOLUTION: A signal processing part 3 for processing the electric signal from a detection part 2 is housed in a case 4, and buffer materials 7 and 8 whose body can change are disposed inside the case 4, which is filled with a resin 9 to constitute a measuring instrument 1. Thus, the volume of buffer materials 7 and 8 changes according to expansion/contraction of the resin 9, and limiting by the case 4 on the volume change of the resin 9 is relaxed. Since the internal stress occurring at the resin 9 due to temperature change is relaxed, a compression force and tensile force acting on the signal processing part 3 are reduced, so that the life of the signal processing part 3 is extended while damage is prevented with sure. |
