Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an ultraviolet ray source to light even at a time of power failure and to efficiently remove impurities while decomposing and removing org. matter. SOLUTION: A filter having a large filtering flow rate is provided in a first treatment tank 3 and active carbon layers are laminated within a second treatment tank 8 and a filter having a high bacteria removing ratio is provided in a third treatment tank 10 and the treated water passed through the first - third treatment tanks is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to utilize pool water or purified basin water as drinking water.
