Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device by which when a fire occurs, the space in a building passage is partitioned to keep a fire from running into a fire limit area and also immediate escape from a fire area is enabled, and which has no possibility of losing the function of the space partition. SOLUTION: An escape opening 13 is formed in a shutter main body 1 for partitioning the space P such as a building passage or the like according to detection of occurrence of a fire, a metallic holding member 15 is provided along the lower edge part of the opening 13 in such a manner as to turn upward, a sheet door 18 formed by a fire resisting sheet is provided separately from the shutter main body 1 in such a manner as to be wound up, the lower part side thereof is connected to the holding member 15, and magnets are provided for magnetically attracting the peripheral part of the sheet door 18 to the shutter main body 1.
