Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to enhance the efficiency of a forming cycle by effectively utilizing the heat of heaters for heating sheets at the vaccum foring of polypropylene sheets or the like. SOLUTION: A warming chamber 3 is arranged at the upper part of the frame 4 of a vaccum forming machine 1 so as to pre-heat sheets S for a following process and thereafter housed in the warming chamber 3 by utilizing the heat emission of the heat of heaters at the thermal softening of polypropylenesheets S by the heaters 10 for heating the sheets in the frame 4. Further, by vertically partitioning the interior of this warming chamber 3 into an upper chamber 3a and a lower chamber 3b so as to house sheets S, which are just cut out of a rolled stock, in the upper chamber 3a and sheets S, which are near forming stage, in the lower chamber 3b. Further, a first wire net 14 at the under surface of the warming chamber 3 is inclined to a wire net 12 at the top surface of the frame 4 so as to form a heat emission part (h), which enhances the cooling effect at cooling. |
