PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To one-dimensionally manage the moving situation of a man or a vehicle at every registered group by registering position information obtained from a position detection means in a position information center through the use of a mobile terminal having a communication function. SOLUTION: Group ID and passwords are registered in the position information management center 1 for respective groups provided for managing mutual positions from communication terminals connected by a cable or a radio line with a prescribed group as a unit. The positions of moving bodies 3 and 4 are registered in the groups. All the passwords registered in the group registrant ID, a registrant name, registration time, position information and a message are transmitted to the navigation devices 6 of the moving bodies 3 and 4 and portable personal computers 7 from the position information management center 1. The plural moving bodies 3 and 4 display position information on the respective moving bodies 3 and 4 belonging to the group on the display screens of the moving bodies 3 and 4 or the other terminal from position information of the group registered in the position information management center 1.
