Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient solubilization and fractionation of the subject plastic waste without mechanical and electric troubles in no occurrence of harmful gas in need of a reduced amount of heat at dissolving the plastic waste in the fractionation solvent through a plurality of dissolution steps and transporting the dissolved products to the individual stages by their gravity flows. SOLUTION: (A) A plastic waste, in an embodiment, comprising a hydrocarbon plastic (as a polyolefin plastic, an aromatic plastic) (A1 ) and not-hydrocarbon plastic (A2 ) as polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene terephthalate, for example, the proportion of the A1 is >=50 wt.% is dissolved in (B) a fractionation solvent, a liquid mixture of an aromatic hydrocarbon (B1 ) and a paraffin hydrocarbon (B2 ), for example, containing 5-70 wt.% of B1 and 5-85 wt.% of B2 and the solution is subjected to the fractionation into the soluble components and the non-soluble components. At this time, the component A is dissolved in the component B in a plurality of steps and the dissolved products are transferred to the following step by its own gravidity flow.
