Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To defrost an evaporator of a dehumidifier for cooling and dehumidifying indoor air sucked by an air blower by means of a defrosting device having a simple structure without depending on a heater or hot gas. SOLUTION: A dehumidifier is provided with an evaporator 12, a condenser 13 and a reversible rotative propeller fan 10 in this order in a direction from an inlet having a shutter 15 to an outlet having a shutter 16, and is provided with a circulation wind path 19 capable of supplying air in a direction from the condenser 13 to the evaporator 12 by reversing rotation of the propeller fan 10 and circulating hot air which has effected heat exchange with the condenser 13 by closing the shutters 15, 16 and opening shutters 21, 22 which are provided in outlets 17, 18 of the path 19 by wind force at the time of reversing. Thus, a defrosting device of the dehumidifier having a simple structure, which can defrost the evaporator 12 by circulating hot air including heat of the condenser 13, is obtained. |
