Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning appliance for a bath, etc., by which this side part of a cleaning object and a part except it are efficiently cleaned by a single cleaning appliance. SOLUTION: A handle 1, a semioval-shaped and thin holder plate 9 fitted to the tip of the handle 1 and a planar and semioval-shaped sponge 12 adhered and fixed on the rear side surface of the holder plate 9 are provided. Then, the holder plate 9 and the sponge 12 are respectively constituted so as to be bending possible, the outer peripheral part of the sponge 12 is sewlled from the outer peripheral edge of the holder plate 9 so as to be exposed and the tip part 13 in the outer peripheral part of the sponge is bent and formed to be tapered and arcuate. The handle 1, a grip 7 and the sponge 12 are constituted based on prescribed numerical values so that the bottom surface, an inner back surface and both inner side surfaces in the bath are drastically easily cleaned and also this side surface of the bath is drastically easily cleaned.
