Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the number of parts of electrolytic cells smaller, constitution simpler, smaller and lighter and the DC voltage to be impressed to the electrolytic cells lower. SOLUTION: Plural pieces of electrode plates 4 are laminated across a solid- state electrolytic membrane 3 held therebetween. Each electrode plate has an aperture 10 for power feeding, a conductive frame 5 having a central space 5a and a porous power feeder 6 fitted to the central space and is formed with a route for fluid penetrating to the other surface side from the one surface side of the frame. The positions of routes 11, 12 for fluid of the one electrodeplate correspond to the central part of the adjacent electrode plates holding the solid-state electrolytic membrane therebetween and the position of the route 13 of the adjacent electrode plates correspond to the central space of the one electrode plate holding the solid-state electrolytic membrane therebetween. The routes 11, 12, 13 for fluid penetrate in the solid-state electrolytic membrane in the positions respectively corresponding to the routes for fluid of the electrode plates on both sides thereof.
