Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the speech contents storage system that records communication contents or a memo and can reproduces the recorded contents or memo later by providing a speech contents recording function not to a telephone terminal but in a communication network so as to reduce the cost of the telephone terminal and the weight thereof and instructing recording of speech contents or voice memo to the network. SOLUTION: When a PHS (caller user) 1 makes a call 1), a radio base section 2 authenticates 2) the caller user to a service control point SCP 5. When the authentication is conducted normally, the base station 2 makes a call 3) to a communication destination. When the base station receives a reply 4), the base station 2 sets a speech between the caller and the called party. The caller user 1 sends a speech memo start request 6) to a network after the transition to the speech, then a memory section 2a stores 7) contents of the speech. When the call is finished, the radio base station 2 uploads 8) the contents recorded in the memory section 2a to a voice mail center VMC 4, and the VMC 4 stores the recording contents. Then the contact user of the PHS 1 makes a call to the VMC 4 to confirms the contents of the memo.
