Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition which cancels the heavy sense of hair on rinsing and the greasy touch and can actually feel the light hair washing by mixing an alanine-based surfactant, an ethereal carboxylic acid-based surfactant and a cationic high molecular compound. SOLUTION: This shampoo composition is obtained by mixing (A) preferably 1-30 wt.% of a β-alanine-based surfactant of formula I (R is a 8-18C hydrocarbon: M is H, an alkali metal, an ammonium, etc.; X is H and -CH2 CH2 COOM ), (B) 1-30 wt.% of an ethereal carboxylic acid-based surfactant of formula II [R is an 8-18C alkyl, an alkenyl, etc.; (n) is 0-20; M is H, an alkali metal, an ammonium, etc.], and (C) 5-40 wt.% of a cationic high molecular compound, preferably a cationized cellulose containing 0.5-1.5 wt.% of a cationic nitrogen portion, as essential components and preferably using them and a viscosity- increasing agent in combination. |
