Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file managing method which allows a client to access a data file guaranteed in real time in a client-server system which needs to distribute the data file fast. SOLUTION: According to the time of access of each client 200 to each server 300 at each lapse of a specific time, a server as a copy source and a server as a copy destination are determined, a copy speed is determined according to the number of clients connected to the copy source server and the copy destination server, and a data file of high access frequency to the copy source server is copied at the determined copy speed from the copy source server to the copy destination server.
