Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve operating device which hardly produce noises and can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: A liquid pressure cylinder 14 is arranged in closed-circuit passages 12, 13 to circulate liquid by an electromagnetic pump 11 operated by electromagnetic force, and a piston 16 operated by liquid pressure is enclosed in the liquid pressure cylinder 14. A crank mechanism 19 is connected to the piston 16, and a target valve to be operated is rotated by the crank mechanism 19 through a rotary shaft 21. The rotary shaft 21 is energized by a spring in a direction that hydraulic fluid supplied from the electromagnetic pump 11 to the liquid pressure cylinder 14 is pushed back by the piston 16. Two chambers 17, 18 partitioned through the piston 16 of the liquid pressure cylinder 14 are short-circuited by bypass passages 35, 36, and a current-carrying period closing type solenoid valve 37 is arranged in these bypass passages 35, 36. A damper 31 to pressurize liquid on the suction side of the electromagnetic pump 11 is arranged on the liquid pressure cylinder 14. |
