Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-casing excavator having high general-purpose property, excelling in tightening performance (holding performance), and having a casing tube tightening device of high performance. SOLUTION: A condition in which a casing tube 3 is opened or tightened by a band dividing into three parts or a condition in which the casing tube 3 is opened or tightened by a band dividing into five parts is selected by mounting or removing a pulling and insertion pin 48 to correspond to the casing tube 3 which has a thin wall, high roundness, and high precision of dimension of outer shape and is close to an inside diameter D formed by a fixed band 44 and a movable band 45 and correspond to even to the casing tube 3 having low roundness and small outside diameter. Consequently, it is possible to provide a casing tube tightening device 43 having high general-purpose property, excellent tightening performance (holding performance), and high performance.
