Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction cost in the case vibration isolation device is installed under the ground and to shorter a construction period of time. SOLUTION: A footing pile 6 is constructed in the ground G, floor structure 8 for constituting the lower surface of an upper layer 3 is formed upward of the footing pile 6, at the same time, the floor structure 8 is temporarily borne from the footing pile 6 side, the floor structure 8 is used for a support against earth pressure to excavate the ground G under the floor structure 8, and a lower layer 2 is constructed so as to positional the support on the footing pile 6. Then, a vibration isolation device 4 is installed between the lower layer 2 and floor structure 8 of the upper layer 3.
