Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the drop of a service even if a mis-operation is carried out and discover the abnormal state in a car in an early stage by serving to a service calling, even if the shut in is detected, when a service calling is carried out and stopping to a specific floor and standing by the door opening, when the service calling is not carried out. SOLUTION: It is judged whether a car is returned to a first floor or not (step H10). When it is not returned, it is ordered to return to the first floor (step H30). It is judged whether the door of the car is opened or not (step H20). When it is opened, a present state is continued and when it is not opened, it is ordered to open the door (step H40). Further, the first floor judged by the step H10 is a specific floor initially set per building and when the specific floor is not set, it is favorable that the elevator in stopping stays in that floor and the elevator in running is returned to the nearest floor.
