Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an antistatic screw and to reduce weight by providing a thermal control tape stuck to the outer surface of an artificial satellite, pressing a metal film to the conductive face of the thermal control tape stuck to a satellite structure and the satellite structure, and electrically conducting the conductive face and the satellite structure. SOLUTION: The end section of a tape 1 is overlappingly stuck via an adhesive to the end section of another tape 1 stuck to a satellite structure 5 via the adhesive 3, a metal film 4 is inserted between the tapes 1, and the metal film 4 is pressed to the tape 1 from above. The metal film 4 is kept in contact with a conductive face 2 on the outer surface of the tape 1 and the satellite structure 5. The outer surface of the tape 1 exposed to the space environment is electrified to the equal potential. The conductive face 2 of the tape 1 and the satellite structure 5 are electrically conducted by the metal film 4, the conductive face 2 and the satellite structure 5 are set to the equal potential, thereby the electrification of the outer surface of the tape 1 can be prevented. |
